Refund and Returns

At CarDryingTowels ( CDT ), we manufacture premium microfiber car drying towels, including custom-made and OEM products.
Due to the nature of our products and production process, our return and refund policy differs from standard retail goods.

Standard Products (Non-Customized)

For standard, non-customized products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Returned items that show signs of use, washing, contamination, or damage cannot be refunded.

Custom & OEM Orders (Private Label / Custom Manufacturing)

Custom-made products, including but not limited to:

  • Custom sizes or grammages
  • OEM / Private Label production
  • Custom labels, branding, embroidery, or packaging

are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or OEM products
  • Used or washed microfiber towels
  • Items damaged due to improper use or care
  • Bulk or wholesale orders made to specification

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during transport
  • Incorrectly produced compared to the confirmed order

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos

Approved cases will be resolved by replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Proof of Purchase

To process any return or claim, we require – Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

Please do not return any items without prior authorization.

Shipping Returns

Approved returns must be sent to the address provided after confirmation.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
