EXW – Ex Works – Default CDT Shipping & Delivery

EXW (Ex Works) is our default shipping option in the shopping cart.

Under these terms, we prepare the goods and make them available for collection at our facility in Inđija, Serbia.

The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for pickup, loading, transportation, export and import customs clearance, customs duties, import VAT, and all other related costs.

All transportation costs and risks are the buyer’s responsibility from the moment the goods are made available for collection at our facility.

DAP – Delivered At Place CDT Shipping & Delivery

Customers who prefer delivery directly to their address can select DAP (Delivered At Place) shipping at checkout.

Under DAP terms, we arrange transportation to the agreed delivery address, with shipping costs included in our quoted DAP price. Delivery is typically handled by DHL or another suitable courier or freight service, depending on the destination and shipment size.

CDT is responsible for transportation costs and export customs clearance in Serbia.

The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for import customs clearance, customs duties, import VAT, customs handling fees, and any other import-related charges in the destination country.

We bear the transportation risks until the goods are made available to the buyer at the agreed destination, ready for unloading.

CPT – Carriage Paid To 

Under CPT terms, we arrange and pay for transportation to the agreed destination. However, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the first carrier in Serbia.

CDT is responsible for export customs clearance in Serbia and pays for transportation to the agreed destination.

The buyer is responsible for import customs clearance, customs duties, import VAT, and any other import-related charges in the destination country.

Indicative customs information

The indicative tariff code for this product is HS Code: 6307 10 10 00. However, local customs authorities determine the final tariff classification, applicable duty rates, and any additional measures, which may change over time.

Before placing an order, please consult your own freight forwarder or customs broker to verify all applicable import costs and requirements in your country.

Our prices do not include import customs clearance, import duties, local taxes (including VAT), customs handling fees, or any other additional costs incurred in the buyer’s country. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer under our EXW, CPT, and DAP delivery terms, in accordance with Incoterms® 2020.

Groupage transport (LCL / Part Load) & Flexible Freight Transport (Single Box to Full Pallets)

For orders of any size — whether you need to ship a single box, one pallet, or multiple pallets — we offer tailored freight transport options (including Groupage / LCL / Part Load) upon request.

To request this option, please use the add a note to your request a quote field at checkout and specify that you require freight or groupage transport. Consequently, this shipping method requires a custom freight quote.

We handle all shipments in accordance with official Incoterms® rules, ensuring clear responsibility, cost allocation, and risk transfer.

Please ensure that all company details (company name, address, VAT number, and contact information) are provided correctly at checkout.

Accurate company details are required to prepare your quotation, issue the correct commercial and shipping documents, and arrange transportation and customs procedures where applicable.

All shipments are handled in accordance with official Incoterms® rules, ensuring clear responsibility, cost allocation, and risk transfer.
