EXW – Ex Works – Default Shipping & Delivery

EXW (Ex Works) is displayed as the default shipping option in the CART. This means the goods are made available at our facility, and the buyer arranges pickup, transport, and further logistics.

DAP – Delivered At Place Shipping & Delivery

For customers who prefer delivery to their address, DAP (Delivered At Place) shipping is available and can be selected at checkout.
Under DAP terms, we arrange and cover all transportation costs up to the delivery address, typically using DHL or another suitable courier service, depending on destination and shipment size.
Import customs clearance, duties, taxes, and any related charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

To request this option, please use the “Add a note to your order” field at checkout and specify that you require freight or groupage transport.

This shipping method requires a custom freight quote.
By requesting this option, you agree to receive a proforma invoice by email and to pay via Direct bank transfer.
