These Terms & Conditions govern the business relationship, ordering process, payment, delivery, and returns for products offered on CarDryingTowels.com.
CarDryingTowels (CDT) is a product brand developed and manufactured by Hero d.o.o., Serbia, an ISO-certified manufacturer with continuous production since 1983.

Business Scope & Customers

CarDryingTowels.com operates primarily as a B2B-oriented platform.
CarDryingTowels.com operates primarily as a B2B-oriented platform.
We supply products exclusively to legal entities, including companies, distributors, institutions, and professional buyers.

Retail (B2C) sales, where available, are subject to specific conditions explicitly stated on the website.

Pricing & Purchasing Terms

  • All prices displayed on the website are shown excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are valid at the time of order confirmation.
  • Prices may change due to fluctuations in raw material costs, production inputs, or other business-related factors.

After placing an order, the customer will receive an email confirmation containing all relevant order details.

For bulk orders, OEM projects, or custom manufacturing, customers are invited to contact us directly to receive a custom quotation.

Payment Terms

Payment can be made using:

  • Payment services available on the website,
  • Bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice (advance invoice).

If payment by bank transfer is selected, a pro forma invoice (advance invoice) will be issued and sent to the customer’s email address.

All orders placed with CarDryingTowels (CDT) are subject to 100% advance payment.

Production and delivery are organized only in defined minimum order quantities (MOQs), depending on product type, size, and specification. Orders below the minimum quantities are not eligible for production or shipment.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery method, terms, and costs are agreed prior to production or dispatch.

  • EXW (Ex Works) – goods collected directly from our facility,
  • DAP (Delivered At Place) by DHL, offering the fastest and most reliable international delivery service,
  • Consolidated truck transport (groupage / full truckload).

Important Notes

  • Delivery timelines depend on production schedule, order volume, and logistics method.
  • Once goods are handed over to the carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control.
  • Risk and responsibility transfer in accordance with the agreed delivery terms (Incoterms).

Returns, Complaints, and Cancellations

Returns, complaints, and cancellations are handled in accordance with our policy on Returns page , which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

Order Process

  1. Select the desired products and add them to the cart.

2. Review the cart and adjust quantities in accordance with the applicable minimum order quantities (MOQs).

3. Enter billing and shipping details, company information.

4. Select the delivery method:

  • EXW (Ex Works) – goods collected from our facility,
  • DAP (Delivered At Place) – delivery arranged to the agreed destination (e.g. via DHL or consolidated transport).

5. Select the payment method:

  • Payment via services available on the website, or
  • Bank transfer – in this case, a pro forma invoice (advance invoice) will be issued and sent to the customer’s email address.

6. Confirm the order.

Receive an email confirmation with full order details and further instructions.

Production and dispatch are scheduled after full payment has been received and confirmed.
