Additionally, CarDryingTowels (CDT) represents a specialized product brand developed and manufactured by Hero, Serbia, an ISO-certified manufacturer with continuous production since 1983.

CarDryingTowels.com operates primarily as a B2B-oriented platform. Therefore, we supply products exclusively to legal entities, including companies, distributors, institutions, and professional buyers. All prices displayed on the website are shown excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Prices are valid at the time of order confirmation.
Prices may change due to fluctuations in raw material costs, production inputs, or other business-related factors.

After placing an order, the customer will receive an email confirmation containing all relevant order details.

For bulk orders, OEM projects, or custom manufacturing, customers are invited to contact us directly to receive a custom quotation.

Payment Terms (Terms & Conditions)

To ensure seamless B2B transactions, we accept payments exclusively via direct bank transfer based on an officially issued pro forma invoice (advance invoice).

When you place an order or select the “Request a Quote” option at checkout, our system or sales team issues a pro forma quote featuring our default EXW (Ex Works) pricing. Consequently, all orders placed with CarDryingTowels (CDT) require 100% advance bank payment prior to manufacturing or shipping.

Furthermore, we organize production and delivery exclusively in defined minimum order quantities (MOQs), depending on product type, size, and specification. Therefore, orders below these minimum quantities do not qualify for production or dispatch.

Order Process

Select Products: Choose your desired products and add them to the cart.
Review Quantities: Review your cart and adjust quantities to ensure they meet our minimum order quantities (MOQs).
Provide Details: Enter your billing address, delivery location, and official company details at checkout.
Submit Request: Select the “Request a Quote” option to complete your submission. Consequently, our system automatically applies our default EXW (Ex Works). However, if you require DAP shipping or custom freight, simply specify your delivery location in the “Add a note to your order” field, and we will calculate the exact shipping costs for your custom quotation.
Receive Pro Forma Invoice: Check your inbox to receive the official pro forma invoice containing complete banking instructions and payment details.
Complete Payment: Transfer the full invoice amount via direct bank transfer using the provided bank account details.

Consequently, we schedule production and organize shipment immediately after confirming your full payment in our bank account.

Delivery & Shipping

We confirm and define the delivery method, terms, and shipping costs prior to starting production or dispatching your order.

Specifically, we offer:

EXW (Ex Works) – You collect goods directly from our facility.
DAP (Delivered At Place) – via Express Courier or via Road Freight & Groupage
Consolidated Truck Transport (Groupage / Full Truckload) & Flexible Freight Transport (Single Box to Full Pallets) – For orders of any size — whether you need to ship a single box, one pallet, or multiple pallets — we offer tailored freight transport options (including Groupage / LCL / Part Load) upon request.

Important Notes

Delivery timelines depend directly on our production schedule, order volume, and selected logistics method.
Once we hand over the goods to the carrier, delivery times fall outside our direct control.
Risk and responsibility transfer strictly in accordance with agreed Incoterms® rules.

Returns, Complaints, and Cancellations

We handle returns, complaints, and cancellations in accordance with our dedicated Returns & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

Order Process

Select the desired products and add them to the cart.

2. Review the cart and adjust quantities in accordance with the applicable minimum order quantities (MOQs).

3. Enter billing and shipping details, company information.

4. Select the delivery method:

EXW (Ex Works) – goods collected from our facility,
DAP (Delivered At Place) – delivery arranged to the agreed destination (e.g. via DHL or consolidated transport).

5. Select the payment method:

Payment via services available on the website, or
Bank transfer – in this case, a pro forma invoice (advance invoice) will be issued and sent to the customer’s email address.

6. Confirm the order.

Receive an email confirmation with full order details and further instructions.

Production and dispatch are scheduled after full payment has been received and confirmed.
