To bring your idea from concept to physical reality, we apply a one-time Product Research & Custom Development Fee, which covers all resources invested from your initial idea to the completion of the prototype.

OEM Development Fee – This one-time development fee includes:

• Our Expert Time & Mastery
  The work of our specialists — craftsmanship, design consulting, engineering adjustment, and professional guidance throughout the development process.

• We Create One Physical Prototype (Sample)
  First, we review your specifications; then we produce up to one physical prototype based on them. (We can produce additional samples at an extra cost.

• Adjustment or Setup of Production Equipment

• Machinery fine-tuning, tooling adjustments, or production setup required to achieve the desired quality and specifications.

• Our Administrative, Organizational & Coordination Efforts
  We will communicate clearly, document every detail, prepare all technical steps, and coordinate the entire process so your product matches your vision perfectly.

OEM Development Fee – Important Note

This development fee is one-time a stand-alone fee, non-refundable charge. It remains the same whether you proceed with serial production or not.
It does not include the cost of serial or mass production of the finished product.
