We source and process high-quality Twist Loop microfiber (80% polyester / 20% polyamide) fabric in rolls, 1.88 meters wide, with a density of 600 GSM. This material gives us the flexibility to produce both single-layer towels (600 GSM) and two-layer towels (600 + 600 = 1200 GSM) and three-layers towels (600 +250+ 600 = 1450 GSM). Twist Loop microfiber material is specifically designed for professional-grade car drying towels, known for their outstanding water absorption and streak-free finish. Our carefully selected, highly absorbent microfiber material ensure every car dry towel meets the highest standards of absorbency and softness.

Standard sizes ±5% 30x20cm, 45x30cm, 70x40cm, and 90x60cm, but we’re happy to cut and sew custom dimensions based on your preferences - in single or double-layer. At the moment, the fabric is available in elegant gray, finished wedge banding tape in the black color.
